Welcome to Plan Your Love ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. User Accounts

• Account Creation: You may create an account to access our Service. There are no age restrictions for creating an account.
• Account Management: You can delete your account at any time via the account settings.
• Subscriptions: Our Service operates on a paid subscription basis. The monthly subscription fee is $10 per couple, or $8 per month if you opt for an annual subscription (20% savings). Both partners must register and pay to use the finance tracker.
• Payments: Payments will be processed through a third-party payment provider via card transactions. Subscription fees are charged per couple, and there is a 60-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current subscription period. If canceled within the first 60 days, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

• User Content: As a user, you can upload and share content such as notes and photos. You retain ownership of your content but grant us the right to store and display it as part of the Service.
• Content Management: You can delete your content at any time. However, upon account termination, we may retain your data for a period necessary to comply with legal obligations.
• Copyright: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Plan Your Love is the property of the Company and protected by copyright laws.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and store user content in our database, which is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not collect sensitive financial information like card details or bank account information. Please do not add card or bank information within the app, as it is designed to be fully transparent, and your partner will have access to all shared entries.

By using third-party services such as Google and Facebook to log in, you agree that we may collect personal data associated with those accounts.

5. Use of Service

Users are expected to use the Service responsibly. Misuse of the Service, including but not limited to the sharing of inappropriate content or unauthorized use of personal information, may result in the termination of your account.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms like Google and Facebook for login purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party accounts. The Service does not currently support direct integration with bank accounts or other financial tools.

7. Multi-Currency Support

Our app supports multi-currency transactions, allowing you to convert assets automatically based on your chosen base currency. This service is included in your subscription fee, with no additional charges for currency conversion.

8. Discord Community

Subscribed users gain exclusive access to our Discord server, where they can connect with other couples, share advice, and request new features. We encourage respectful and supportive interaction in this community space.

9. Termination

• Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
• Data Retention: Upon termination, your data will remain stored in our system unless you request its deletion. Data retention helps comply with legal requirements.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Plan Your Love is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our Service. We are not responsible for service interruptions, errors, or any misuse of the Service by users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by EU regulations. By using the Service, you agree that all disputes will be resolved under these laws.
