1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions, both monthly and yearly. If you decide within 60 days of your initial purchase that our service does not meet your expectations, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription, go to the billing section in your account settings. You will be redirected to our payment provider, Stripe, where you will need to provide the email address used during payment to proceed with the cancellation.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the app until the end of your current subscription period. After this period, the service will be inaccessible unless you renew your subscription.
3. Refunds
Full refunds are only available within the first 60 days of your initial subscription. Whether you have a monthly or yearly subscription, you will receive a full refund if you cancel within this period.
We do not offer partial refunds for cancellations outside of this 60-day window.
4. Exceptions to the Policy
We do not make exceptions to this return policy, regardless of the circumstances, including technical issues or unintentional renewals.
